The Project Management with Agile Plus Certificate Program is a comprehensive program designed for anyone who leads or directs programs, projects or parts of projects within waterfall, agile or hybrid environments.

Are you currently in a project manager role but need to validate your skills?

Would you like to gain knowledge and skills to advance professionally in your career?

Are you considering whether project management is for you?

Everyone manages projects of one scale or another, small or large, simple or complex, with long or short timeframes. For example, have you ever planned a vacation, organized a special event, planned and executed a renovation, or searched for a new job? Then, you’ve practiced project management. At work, have you ever developed or redesigned a website, created a workflow, created and launched a new product, implemented a new system, developed training, for example? Then, you’ve practiced project management!

Project management is involved in work and life in any industry, in many team leader or team member roles, or functional roles within large and small organizations. Everyone needs project managers and project team members who know how to plan, communicate, collaborate, and implement well so that projects are delivered on time, on budget, meeting requirements consistently without surprises.

Central Piedmont’s Project Management with Agile Plus Certificate Program includes training to help you become a better project manager from your current  experience level to move forward and advance your career by preparing for industry-recognized credential exams such as Project Management Professional (PMP®) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM®). The program provides extensive training aligning with the Project Management Institute (PMI®) Project Management Body of  Knowledge (PMBOK®).

According to PMI, 25 million new project management employees will be needed globally to meet talent demands by 2030 with 2.3 million annual job openings.

In addition, in PMI’s 2023 salary survey, the median salary for PMP® holders in the US is 32% higher than without the certification.
