Are you ready to become an appraiser? Our Appraisal Certificate Program provides well developed training in key areas of the appraisal process. Our courses meet the re-qualify criteria, as established by the North Carolina Appraisal Board and The Appraisal Institute. To get started in the appraisal program you will need to take the 4 following courses which can be completed in one semester.

  • Basic Appraisal Principles
  • Basic Appraisal Procedures
  • The Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal (USPAP)
  • Supervisory Trainee/Appraiser Trainee

The appraisal field is a great choice for those interested in appraisal or those looking to transition into a new career. Our courses will explore the appraisal process through discussion of appraisal principles and practical examples. Enhance your basic appraisal knowledge with the various approaches to property valuation through the practical application of appraisal procedures. The National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) fulfills the 15-hour requirement as established by the Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB) and the The Appraisal Foundation.
