Course Description
Every company knows how impactful excellent customer service can be. Still, only some have a proven plan to build a service-oriented culture that will make a lasting and positive impression on the people they serve.
When service employees lack development and are not empowered with a service mindset, an organization creates a culture where employees do not support each other in reaching their goals.
