Course Description

In this class, you'll learn to mix, bake, and decorate classic sugar and gingerbread cookies. Through expert demos and guided practice, you'll develop the necessary skills for dough preparation to cutting, baking, and applying a variety of decorating techniques.

Course Outline

1.    Mixing, rolling & baking consistently shaped cookie dough.
2.    Decorating basics working with royal icing using food coloring, piping techniques & brush techniques.
3.    Proper storing, air drying & storing techniques to maintain the quality of the decorated cookies.
