Course Description

This course provides essential training on workplace readiness, covering professional behaviors, critical thinking, adaptability, and strategies for a successful transition into employment. It builds what are sometimes called "soft skills" or "durable skills." Learning objectives include: 1) applying core workplace skills such as professionalism, communication, and time management; 2) demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving in workplace scenarios; 3) setting short- and long-term goals for initial job success and career growth; and 4) understanding expectations and norms for entering and thriving in new job environments.
