Course Description

In today’s sophisticated market, it has become almost standard practice to stage a home before it’s listed for sale. If you’re a homeowner trying to sell your own house or a real estate professional looking to increase sales, this 3-part class focuses on simple changes that make a home stand out. In this class, learn how to declutter and edit your belongings to highlight the architecture, arrange your furniture to show off the square footage of your rooms, update strategically to make your dollars count and stage a vacant house without breaking the bank. Students will each stage a room and share images with the class.  Even if you’re not selling, the techniques learned in this class will help to create a fresh, inviting environment for your daily living.
