Course Description

Upon successful completion of this training program, you will be qualified to instruct others in recognizing and managing abnormal breathing, spit restraint devices, and how to prevent and manage Officer-Associated Deaths and In-Custody Deaths. You will also learn skill sets to help identify abnormal behaviors, to develop an intervention plan to capture, control, and restrain the subject, to identify suicidal behavioral cues, and to investigate sudden deaths.

Course Outline
