Course Description

This course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of agile software development through hands-on simulations. By combining the use of Legos, puzzles, and the JIRA application, participants will gain practical experience in applying agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum framework, in an interactive hands-on and engaging way. 
By the end of this course, participants will have gained real-life experience in applying agile software development principles using simulations as well as hands-on experience in using the JIRA application. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively contribute to agile teams and drive successful projects.
