Course Description

Learn the safe and correct usage of a variety of kitchen knives. Become skilled holding a chef knife properly, making basic knife cuts following guidelines and instruction. Put yourself in our capable hands and effortlessly start using your knives. Hands-on class. Optional Knife Kit available for purchase.

  • Working triangle (body stance when using knives)

Learner Outcomes

Participants will meet new friends, learn to correctly hold and use knives safely and effectively; and acquire knife skills to slice, dice, mince, julienne, and chiffonade.
