Course Description

Participants will learn updates to system basic components including compressor, evaporator coil, condenser, heat exchanger, air handler, filter and other vital components. Topics will include types of refrigerants; high side vs low side metrics; operation of heat exchanger systems and controls; diagnostic of system performance, service and restoration of system along with required system inspections. Students will complete the EPA 6O9 test during the class. The cost of tuition includes test fees.
