Course Description

This class is designed for construction project managers who want to gain the tools and skills necessary to effectively manage and execute the construction process (construction documents, cost, document, and quality control) as well as timeline management. Additional topics to be covered include critical modern leadership skills (interpersonal skills, issues and resolutions, and fostering continuous improvement). The NCCER curriculum will be utilized for this class. Upon successful completion of the class, student will earn the NCCER Project Management certification.
