Course Description

Could YOU Rescue YOU will help individuals and organizations succeed where others have failed – the program will go where others have shied away. Our focus will instill a healthy respect for the public trust. We will examine what personal and organizational traits are necessary to earn and maintain the public trust. In this fast-paced 4-hour class, we will examine significant industry/organizational events and discuss successful strategies for both personal and organizational success – whether that be during MAYDAY situations, after significant broader events, personal and personnel dilemmas, or in the decisions surrounding trust, honor, and ethics. Attendees will be challenged to examine their own “personal success tetrahedron” and to establish their own personal mission statement. In this constant world of change, one of the primary questions this class will help students answer is whether they will simply stand by, watch, and react, or whether they will participate as a mentor, a problem solver – ultimately as a leader.
