CJC-PSX8945 - Operator VR Train-the-Trainer Course

Course Description

This instructor-level course is designed to prepare law enforcement officers to lead virtual reality-based training using the Operator XR VR platform.

Course Outline

This 2-day course will teach students how to:

1. Gain hands-on experience in setup and troubleshooting of the VR System.

2. Operate the system effectively to be able to train others.

3. Students will learn how to facilitate scenario-based training exercises.

Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, students will:

1. Be able to train others on the VR System.

2. Be able to train by step-by-step configuration: pairing, launching software, and initializing tracking devices.

3. Be able to facilitate training using scenario-based training on use of force, de-escalation, active threat, traffic stops and building searches.
