Course Description

Learning basic drawing skills will change your thought processes and help you see the world in a whole new way! Since drawing is the basic skill needed for all aspects  of the visual arts, you will be equipped for success in all your future artistic endeavors. You will learn in a series of step-by-step exercises, progressing from easy to more complex, resulting in mastery of the four skills that make up the global skill of drawing.

Learner Outcomes

Students will:

  • Learn how to find inspiration for their art
  • Learn how to accomplish accurate drawing
  • Develop and demonstrate the basic techniques to draw any subject of their choice.
  • Gain a solid foundation for creating their own professional quality artworks with accurate drawing as the basis.
