Course Description

This four-hour course will address the national minimum requirements, responsibilities, and expectations for Trainee Appraisers and Supervisory Appraisers as set by the Appraiser Qualifications Board.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of REA-7201 Basic Appraisal Principles, REA-APP 7202 Basic Appraisal Procedures, and SEF-APP 7144 The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

As an existing Appraiser, you would enroll in this class to earn CE credit.
