Course Description

1. This Course is designed to teach technicians proper tool usage and product information. 
2. Tesla's (Toolbox) service and repair using the article numerical system.
3. Proper tools and application for basic service center repairs and service.

Course Outline

• Demonstrate and Understanding of Toolbox 2.0 Articles Tesla's Repair Diagnostic tool
• Demonstrate and Understanding the HV Battery Assembly and removal and installation
• Identify and Service information and procedures keys- antenna- basic vehicle cabin systems
• Perform Wheel Alignment service adjustments and chassis repairs
• Theory and applications of the Tesla electric brake systems
• Perform body latch and hatch with door and panel alignment

Students will be able to:

• Test and diagnose the Tesla Battery and High Voltage safety systems with application
• Test and diagnose he vehicle chassis and electric brake systems
• Transition to the Tesla service information toolbox system
