Learner Outcomes

Completion students should be able to explain Medicare A & B and Medicaid to potential clients; aid
the client in selecting the Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care products necessary to supplement
Medicare A & B; apply North Carolina and Federal laws to the Agent/Client relationship; and complete the
Medicare Supplement Long term Care License Exam. Classes require 100% attendance.

Prerequisite for this class: Per North Carolina Department of Insurance, you must have your NC Accident, Sickness & Health state license.

Fridays class will meet 4:00 - 9:30 pm
Saturdays class will meet 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with an hour lunch.
