Learner Outcomes

Completion students should be able to explain Medicare A & B and Medicaid to potential clients; aid
the client in selecting the Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care products necessary to supplement
Medicare A & B; apply North Carolina and Federal laws to the Agent/Client relationship; and complete the
Medicare Supplement Long term Care License Exam. Classes require 100% attendance.

Friday's class will meet from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Saturday's class will meet from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with an hour break for lunch.
