Course Description

This course is required to satisfy the educational requirements for a broker and is designed to prepare students to pass the real estate license examination administered by the NC Real Estate Commission. Topics include: basic real estate principles and practices, real estate laws, fiduciary relationships, law and contracts, financing, closing, valuation and fair housing.
